PixelArtNow does not offer a contact form, user account support portal, telephone support line, or guaranteed response time. Email delivery and a response are not guaranteed.

What to include

Provide a short description of the issue and the PixelArtNow page or feature involved. For a rights or copyright concern, include the public URL, identify the work or right at issue, explain the requested action, and provide a way to contact you.

Do not attach or send:

• a source image or generated image;
• a password or authentication code;
• payment-card or bank information;
• a government identifier;
• health information; or
• other sensitive personal information.

PixelArtNow has no user accounts, payments, cloud image storage, or server-side project history in the current service. Support cannot retrieve an image or project that remained only in your browser.

Privacy

When you email PixelArtNow, email routing and mailbox services process the address, message, attachments, and technical headers needed to deliver the message. See the Privacy Policy before sending personal information.
