Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 6, 2026
Last updated: August 14, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how PixelArtNow handles information when you visit pixelartnow.com, use the Image to Pixel Art, Pixelate Image, or Fuse Bead Pattern Generator tools, or contact us. It covers the current website and browser-based tools. The Fuse Bead Pattern Generator does not add an account, payment, cloud project, public gallery, public sharing, or AI-generation service.
2. How the image tools work
The current image tools process selected images in your browser. The editing workflow uses browser memory, decoded pixels, canvas data, edit history, selection data, generated output data, and temporary object URLs.
PixelArtNow does not provide a business image-upload endpoint or cloud-save feature for these tools. Your source image and generated export are not intentionally sent to PixelArtNow application servers for processing or storage. Your work is temporary and may be lost when you reset or replace an image, refresh or close the page, or the browser or device stops working. There is no cloud recovery or project history.
The source filename is used only in the browser to suggest a sanitized download filename. Temporary object URLs are browser references for previews or downloads; they are not public sharing links.
For the Fuse Bead Pattern Generator, active browser work may include the selected File, decoded pixels and canvas data, grid cells, generic reference-palette assignments, enabled-color choices, material counts, board and page plans, edit history, a transient pattern identifier, generated PNG/PDF/CSV bytes, and temporary object URLs. The approved palette is delivered as a same-origin static asset and contains no user image or user account data.
The Fuse Bead Pattern Generator is designed to process the selected image and generate PNG, PDF, and CSV exports in your browser. PixelArtNow does not provide a business image-upload endpoint, cloud-save feature, or recovery service for this tool. Tool state is not designed to persist in cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, or similar application storage. Temporary object URLs are revoked when an export is replaced, the tool is reset, the page unmounts, or the URL is no longer needed.
Exports are newly encoded from processed pixels. PixelArtNow does not promise that every form of source metadata is removed. Inspect an exported file before sharing it if metadata matters to you.
3. Information handled when you visit the site
Cloudflare helps deliver and protect PixelArtNow. In doing so, Cloudflare may process ordinary website request, performance, and security information, such as an IP address, browser or device information, the requested URL, request time, and related delivery or security data. This technical information is separate from the image content held in your browser.
PixelArtNow may use optional analytics services — Google Analytics 4, Plausible Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Ahrefs Analytics — to understand page visits, tool completion, and interface problems. These services load only after you accept the analytics choice; they do not load or run before consent. Optional analytics must not receive image or export bytes, filenames or local paths, Blob or data URLs, exact source or pattern dimensions, grid coordinates, palette dataset identifiers or versions, color names, codes, values or selections, material counts, board layouts, transient pattern identifiers, EXIF or location metadata, free text, or exception details. Microsoft Clarity masks the complete bead workbench, including upload, previews, cells, reference-color tables, counts, dimensions, board and page plans, replacement controls, status, errors, and exports. PixelArtNow does not use advertising pixels, remarketing, or ad personalization.
Consent is a grant → withdrawal flow. After you withdraw or reject analytics consent, PixelArtNow stops sending new optional analytics events and page views immediately. The site closes its runtime analytics gate for the current page and sends an updated denial or stop signal to Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity where those vendors expose a consent-stop mechanism; first-party analytics identifier cookies that were placed only by the optional analytics load are cleared where technically supported. Already-loaded vendor scripts are not unloaded by PixelArtNow; reloading the page or using browser controls (such as blocking or deleting cookies and site storage) is the final way to stop a provider script that remains active. Withdrawal does not reduce tool or export functionality.
PixelArtNow does not have account or payment features, so the current tools do not ask for account profiles, passwords, payment card details, purchase histories, or credit balances.
4. Information handled when you contact us
If you email support@pixelartnow.com, the email routing and mailbox services involved in delivery may process your email address, message, attachments, and technical mail headers. PixelArtNow uses this information to review and respond to the request, protect the service and its users, maintain necessary records, and meet legal obligations.
Do not send source images, generated images, passwords, payment information, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information by email. PixelArtNow does not offer a contact form or an account-support workflow.
5. Purposes
PixelArtNow handles information only as reasonably needed to:
- deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the website;
- provide the browser-based tools;
- respond when someone contacts us;
- address abuse, rights, privacy, or legal requests; and
- comply with applicable law and protect legal rights.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the basis depends on the purpose and may include providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with law, or consent where consent is required.
6. Services that handle information
PixelArtNow currently relies on:
- Cloudflare for website delivery, content distribution, custom-domain routing, and security. Cloudflare may process ordinary request and security data under its own service terms and privacy documentation.
- Cloudflare Email Routing and mailbox delivery services when you choose to email support@pixelartnow.com. These services process the information needed to route and deliver your message.
- Google Analytics 4 (optional, consent-gated) for coarse site and tool-event analytics. Combined with the other optional services below, it loads only after you accept analytics.
- Plausible Analytics (optional, consent-gated) for privacy-friendly aggregate page traffic and a single coarse export goal.
- Microsoft Clarity (optional, consent-gated) for session replay and heatmaps. User-image zones are masked, and it loads only after you accept analytics.
- Ahrefs Analytics (optional, consent-gated) for aggregate site traffic analytics.
PixelArtNow does not send your source image or generated export to an AI model, image-generation provider, advertising platform, payment processor, account provider, or cloud image store in the current service. Optional analytics services receive only coarse, consent-gated events and never receive your image bytes or tool content.
7. Cookies and browser storage
The PixelArtNow application does not use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, or similar persistent browser storage for image bytes, filenames, tool settings, edit history, selections, or outputs.
The current application stores only your analytics choice (granted or denied), the policy version, and a timestamp in first-party browser storage. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may set their own first-party cookies only after you accept analytics. These cookies are not used to store image bytes, filenames, tool settings, edit history, selections, or outputs. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security mechanisms when responding to a request. See the Cookie Policy for more information.
8. Retention and deletion boundaries
Image files, decoded pixels, editing state, and generated output are held temporarily in browser memory for the active page. Resetting or replacing an image clears active tool state. Refreshing or closing the page ends the current browser session, subject to normal browser and device memory behavior. PixelArtNow has no server-side image copy or cloud project to retrieve or delete.
Cloudflare request and security information is retained according to the applicable Cloudflare configuration, service terms, and legal requirements. Support communications are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain necessary records, protect rights, and comply with law. PixelArtNow does not promise a fixed retention period that is not supported by the actual service configuration.
9. International processing
Cloudflare, email routing, and mailbox services may process technical or support information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their applicable service terms, privacy documentation, and legal safeguards. PixelArtNow does not claim that technical or support information remains in one country.
10. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to personal information, such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. These rights may be limited by the information PixelArtNow actually holds, identity-verification needs, legal exceptions, and provider obligations.
To make a privacy request, email support@pixelartnow.com. Describe the request and the part of PixelArtNow you used, but do not attach your source image, generated image, password, or sensitive personal information. Email delivery and response times are not guaranteed.
Because the tools do not create a server-side image copy, PixelArtNow cannot retrieve, restore, or delete an image that remained only in your browser.
11. Children
PixelArtNow is a general-audience image tool and is not directed to children as defined by applicable law. The Fuse Bead Pattern Generator is for users age 13 and older. A person below the age of legal adulthood where they live must use it only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. PixelArtNow does not ask for a date of birth through the tool and does not provide user accounts. If you believe a child provided personal information through support, contact us so the issue can be assessed and handled appropriately.
12. Security
PixelArtNow uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the current service. No website, browser, network transmission, or storage method is completely secure. PixelArtNow does not guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted operation, or protection from every browser extension, device, network, or third-party service.
13. Changes to this policy
PixelArtNow may update this Privacy Policy when the service, providers, law, or information practices change. The Last updated date will be revised when the policy changes. Accounts, payments, AI or external API processing, business image uploads, cloud storage, public sharing, advertising, analytics, or a new support provider require a new privacy and legal review before related public claims are released.
