Terms of Service
Effective date: August 3, 2026
Last updated: August 14, 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PixelArtNow. By using PixelArtNow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use PixelArtNow only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and permit your use. PixelArtNow is not directed to children as defined by applicable law.
If you use PixelArtNow for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.
2. The current service
PixelArtNow currently provides browser-based image tools that can:
- turn an image into an editable pixel pattern with grid, palette, dithering, cell-editing, PNG export, and a printable pixel-pattern PDF; and
- apply a square mosaic to a whole image or one rectangular selected area and export PNG or JPEG, plus WebP when supported by the browser.
- create an editable generic fuse bead construction grid, calculate counts from the current grid, estimate a nominal planned footprint, divide the plan into generic board and printable-page regions, and export a construction PNG, printable PDF, and material CSV.
The current tools are free to use, require no account, and add no PixelArtNow watermark. They do not include payments, subscriptions, credits, paid entitlements, cloud projects, public share links, automatic face or license-plate detection, AI generation, or a recovery service.
PixelArtNow may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. These Terms do not promise that a feature will always remain available or free.
3. Browser processing and local work
The current tools process selected images in your browser and do not provide a PixelArtNow business image-upload or cloud-save feature. Active images, editing state, and outputs may be lost when you reset or replace an image, refresh or close the page, reach a browser or device limit, or experience an interrupted export or technical failure.
You are responsible for keeping copies of source files and downloaded outputs. PixelArtNow cannot restore work that remained only in your browser.
4. Your images and permissions
You may use PixelArtNow only with images and other material that you own or have permission to use, modify, transform, and download. If material contains another person’s likeness, private information, trademark, copyrighted work, or other protected content, you are responsible for obtaining any permission required for your use.
PixelArtNow does not grant you a license to third-party material merely because the tool can process it. Your use must comply with applicable law and must not violate another person’s rights.
You must be at least 13 to use the Fuse Bead Pattern Generator. If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and permit your use. Use the Fuse Bead Pattern Generator only with images and other material that you own or have permission to transform, reproduce, download, print, and use for your intended purpose. Do not use protected characters, franchise art, logos, private content, or another person’s likeness without the rights and permissions your use requires. Local processing does not grant a license to third-party material.
Using the browser tools does not grant PixelArtNow ownership of your source image or output. PixelArtNow does not require a perpetual license to image content that remains in your browser.
5. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use PixelArtNow to process, create, facilitate, or distribute:
- unlawful material or material used for unlawful activity;
- content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness, or other rights;
- child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, or sexualized content involving a minor;
- non-consensual intimate imagery;
- material used for harassment, stalking, threats, fraud, deception, or abuse; or
- malicious activity intended to bypass security, disrupt the service, or place an unreasonable load on it.
You must not present PixelArtNow as official, authorized, sponsored, or partnered by another company or rights holder without permission.
PixelArtNow does not pre-screen images that remain in your browser. These restrictions still apply. PixelArtNow may protect the service, restrict abusive access, remove its own public assets, and respond to valid rights or legal complaints.
6. Outputs and intellectual-property limits
As between you and PixelArtNow, you retain the rights you already have in your source material and output. PixelArtNow does not grant you rights in third-party material contained in either.
PixelArtNow does not guarantee that an output is original, copyrightable, non-infringing, cleared for commercial use, or free from protected or identifying elements in the source image. You are responsible for reviewing the source, output, intended use, and any permissions or licenses you need before publishing, selling, or sharing an output.
7. Pixelation is not secure redaction
Pixelation visually obscures details. It is not secure redaction and does not guarantee anonymization, irreversible removal, or protection of sensitive information. A face, license plate, text, identity, or other detail may remain recognizable, inferable, recoverable, or available elsewhere.
Do not rely on pixelation to protect highly sensitive information. Remove or crop sensitive content, or use a purpose-built redaction tool, before sharing.
8. Export and accuracy limits
PixelArtNow outputs have technical and visual limits:
- PNG, JPEG, and WebP are raster formats; WebP export depends on browser support.
- JPEG is lossy and may flatten transparent areas.
- The digital pixel-pattern PDF is a printable grid with color references. It is not a vector file, bill of materials, material-quantity guide, manufacturing instruction, or production-color guarantee. The separate Fuse Bead Pattern Generator can produce a construction PDF and material CSV with counts from its current grid.
- Colors may vary because of source content, settings, browser behavior, displays, color profiles, printers, ink, and paper.
- Grid conversion, palette reduction, dithering, compression, resizing, and pixelation may remove or alter detail.
- Exported files may not remove every form of source metadata.
Inspect each output before using, printing, publishing, or sharing it. PixelArtNow does not guarantee exact color matching, print dimensions, material compatibility, professional-production suitability, metadata removal, or a particular result.
The PixelArtNow Generic Reference Palette uses project-authored generic identifiers and reference display colors. Palette codes are not supplier stock numbers, manufacturer color designations, inventory statements, or purchase advice. Counts describe non-empty cells in the current grid and do not include waste, breakage, spares, stock, price, availability, or material needed for testing.
The Generic 5 mm planning profile uses a 5.0 mm center pitch to calculate a nominal planned footprint and visible planning tolerance. Actual bead diameter, center spacing, assembled or fused size, color, alignment, and result can vary by material, board, batch, placement, heat, and pressure. Generic board regions describe cell capacity only. PixelArtNow does not claim fit or compatibility with a particular material or board.
The construction PNG, printable PDF, and material CSV are planning outputs from the current grid. Reference display colors are not a physical, printed, assembled, or heated color guarantee. Print the PDF at 100% / Actual size and measure its 50.0 mm calibration bar. Browser, driver, printer, ink, paper, and scaling settings can change output size and appearance; exact scale is not guaranteed.
9. No payment or refund program
The current PixelArtNow tools have no checkout, subscription, paid entitlement, or refund program. No payment is required to use the current tools.
If paid features are introduced later, the price, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refund, entitlement, and payment-provider terms must be presented and reviewed before a transaction. These Terms do not define or authorize a future paid offering.
10. Third-party infrastructure and links
PixelArtNow relies on Cloudflare for website delivery and security and may link to third-party websites. Third-party services, links, software, and assets may be governed by separate terms, privacy policies, and licenses.
A third-party link does not mean PixelArtNow endorses, controls, or guarantees that service. You are responsible for reviewing terms that apply to your use of a third-party service or material.
11. Service availability and changes
PixelArtNow may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue the service or access to it to maintain security, comply with law, address abuse, protect rights, or manage technical constraints.
PixelArtNow does not promise a service-level agreement, uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every browser or device, preservation of a specific feature, or recovery of browser work.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PIXELARTNOW IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” PIXELARTNOW DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND THAT THE SERVICE OR AN OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
Some laws do not allow certain warranty exclusions. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PIXELARTNOW AND THE PEOPLE AND SERVICE PROVIDERS INVOLVED IN OPERATING IT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, WORK, REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. PixelArtNow does not state a monetary liability cap, exclusive venue, mandatory arbitration clause, or class-action waiver in the current Terms.
14. Applicable law and disputes
Your use of PixelArtNow is subject to applicable law and any non-waivable rights available where you live. If you have a concern, contact PixelArtNow first so it can be reviewed. These Terms do not designate an exclusive court or remove rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
15. Changes to these Terms
PixelArtNow may update these Terms when the service, law, or operating practices change. The Last updated date will be revised when the Terms change. Additional notice will be provided where required by applicable law.
